How much is my investment?

Tuition is $3,000. A $1,000 deposit reserves your seat, and payment plans are available. That covers The FoundationTM. The BridgeTM is $197/month and can be completed as quickly as you like.

Do I need previous birth or medical experience?

No. Our training is designed for beginners who feel called to birthwork. We teach everything you need to begin your career confidently.

Is the Sweet Bee Doula Training fully in-person?

No. Training is taught virtually, and live coaching sessions happen weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your stage in The AcademyTM.

How many students are in each cohort?

We offer rolling and open admission so there are no cohorts.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. The Academy offers flexible programs to fit your time and availability as you build out your career.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, interest-free plans are available after the deposit. We offer options like Klarna and Afterpay as well to make your career transition accessible.

Do you offer financial aid?

Limited aid is available for students serving Medicaid-eligible families, first-generation doulas, and students committed to equity-centered maternal health.


Who teaches the training?

Doula Leah teaches the full training with guest lectures from pelvic floor therapists, lactation experts, registered dietitians, and other expert practitioners within the Sweet Bee network.
