1. Eligibility & Service Area
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or products from us. Our services are available only within the United States.
2. Services Provided
Sweet Bee Services, LLC offers doula care, maternal support, educational classes, and wellness-related services. Descriptions, durations, and pricing are provided on our website and may change without notice.
3. Booking & Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a written payment plan is offered. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction. Rescheduling may be offered at our sole discretion and is subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information during intake;
Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner;
Attend scheduled sessions punctually;
Follow all safety, wellness, or preparatory instructions provided prior to services.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denial of service without refund.
6. No Medical Advice
Our services are supportive and educational in nature. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
7. HIPAA & Privacy
We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any protected health information (PHI) you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable federal and state laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Sweet Bee Services, LLC—including guides, handouts, videos, digital files, and branding—are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Bee Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
